A8304It is a single low-noise moduleVoltage regulator(LNBR)。 The A8304 consists of a monolithic boost converter and a low-dropout linear regulator. Designed to provide power and interface signals to LNB downconverters over coaxial cable in satellite TV receiver systems.
The A8304 integrates a boost switch and compensation circuitry, requiring only a few external components. The 704 kHz switching frequency with user-controlled output current limit greatly reduces the size of the passive filtering components.
