The device and system successfully absorb load switching as well as transients generated by power lines as described in IEC 61000-4-5. ACST's clamping and arc suppression capabilities ensure safe transient performance for the system and ACT. Therefore, this circuit can be simplified without the need for a MOV or snubber circuit.
These devices have blocking voltages up to 800V and are available with standard and logic gates.
Devices are available in Fullpack, IPAK, DPAK, D²PAK, or I²PAK packages.
