The device and system successfully absorb load exchange as well as transients generated by power lines, as described in IEC 61000-4-5. ACST's clamping and arc extinguishing capabilities guarantee safe transient performance for the system and ACST. Therefore, this circuit can be simplified without the need for MOV or buffer circuitry.
These devices have a blocking voltage of up to 800V and are available in both standard and logic gates.
The devices are available in fullpack, IPAK, DPAK, D²PAK, or I²PAK packages.
