该AD4C112是一个双向的，双杆，单掷，常闭多功能固态继电器。 它是用来取代通用开关应用中的机电继电器。 继电器由两个集成电路，每个驱动坚固耐用的源到源枯竭型的DMOS晶体管对。 每个集成电路光耦合到一个发光二极管。 输出MOS晶体管的保护与续流二极管，可处理高达1.5A的浪涌电流，使灯的开关继电器和高度感性负载的理想选择。
