illustrate
The AD4C211-L is a bidirectional, double-pole, single-throw, normally open multipurpose solid-state relay. It is used to replace electromechanical relays in general-purpose switching applications. The relay consists of two integrated circuits, each driving robust source-to-source DMOS transistor enhancement duals. Each integrated circuit is optocoupled to an LED (light-emitting diode). The output MOS transistor protects with a freewheeling diode, capable of handling surge currents up to 1.5A, making it an ideal choice for switching relays and highly inductive loads. Features: High input-to-output isolation, low input control power consumption, maximum continuous load current of 150mA, maximum on-resistance of 25 ohms, long lifespan/high reliability, current limits: RoHS compliant / lead-free/REACH compliant, applications telecom switching, prompt/loop control, PCMCIA module, multiplexer, meter reading system, data acquisition, medical devices, battery monitoring, homepage/safety assurance system, options/suffix
- H: High output isolation - S: Surface mount options - Tr: Tape and reel
