illustrate
The AD4C250 is a bi-directional, double-rod, single-throw, normally open multi-purpose solid-state relay. It is intended to replace electromechanical relays and call for special application reed relays in this era of very fast changeovers. The relay consists of two integrated circuits, each driving a rugged source-to-source DMOS transistor enhanced dual. Each integrated circuit is optocoupled to a light-emitting diode. Output MOS transistors are specifically designed to exhibit very low output capacitance and leakage current characteristics, making them ideal for switching devices for this type of high-frequency signal. Features High input-to-output isolation Low input control power consumption Maximum continuous load current of 40mA Maximum on-resistance of 300 ohms Long life/high reliability Fast switching speed Low output capacitance RoHS compliant/lead-free/REACH compliant Applied Telecom Switching Prompt/Loop Control Modules for PCMCIA Multiplexers Meter Reading Systems Data Acquisition Medical Devices Battery Monitoring Home/Safety & Assurance Systems Options/Suffixes
- H: High output isolation - S: Surface mount options - Tr: Tape and reel
