illustrate
The AD4C313 consists of two isolated relays, one normally open and one normally closed. Each relay has a bidirectional, single-pole, single-throw contact. Each correspondence is completely independent, each containing an LED driver that activates an integrated circuit that drives a pair of DMOS transistor pairs. These transistors are protected with freewheeling diodes and can handle inrush currents up to 1.5A, making them ideal for switching relays and highly inductive loads for lamps.
