illustrate
This AD4C333 consists of two isolated relays: one normally open and one normally closed. Each relay has a bidirectional, single-pole single-throw contact. Each corresponds to a completely independent LED driver, activating an integrated circuit to drive a pair of DMOS transistors. These transistors are protected with freewheeling diodes that can handle surge currents up to 1.5A, making them ideal for switching relays and highly inductive loads for lamps. Features: High input-to-output isolation, low input control power consumption, maximum continuous load current of 120mA, maximum on-resistance of 10 ohms, long lifespan/high reliability, RoHS / lead-free, compliant with REACH regulations, applications of telecommunications, switching, prompt/loop control, PCMCIA module, multiplexer, meter reading system, data acquisition, medical devices, battery monitoring, home/security system, options/suffix
- H: High output isolation - S: Surface mount options - Tr: Tape and reel
