The AD4C541 is a bi-directional, dual-lever, single-throw, normally open solid-state relay. The device consists of two discrete relays in a compact 8-pin package. Each relay is made up of an aluminum gallium opto-coupled to an IC's LEDs – driving a source-to-source DMOS transistor enhancement pair. Low on-resistance allows for high load current ratings – making AD4C541 ideal in applications, package density, and high load currents required of current unique design challenges.
