Product Details:

AD5330/AD5331/AD5340/AD5341分别是单通道、8/10/12位DAC，采用2.5 V至5.5 V电源供电，3 V时功耗仅115 μA，省电模式下功耗可降至80 nA。上述器件均集成一个片内输出缓冲，可将输出同时驱动至两个供电轨；而AD5330、AD5340和AD5341允许选择缓冲或无缓冲基准电压输入。

The AD5330, AD5331, AD5340, and AD5341 all have a parallel interface. The CS selects the device and the data is loaded into the input registers at the rising edge of the WR.

The output range can be set to 0 V to VREF or 0 V to 2 × VREF via the GAIN pin.

The input data of these DACs is double-buffered, so multiple DACs in the system can be updated simultaneously using the LDAC pin.

An asynchronous/CLR input pin is also provided to reset the contents of both the input register and the DAC register to zero. The devices also have a built-in power-on reset circuit that ensures that the DAC output is powered up to 0 V and maintained at that level until valid data is written to the device.

The AD5330/AD5331/AD5340/AD5341 are available in an ultra-thin compact package (TSSOP).
