The AD5332/AD5333/AD5342/AD5343 are dual, 8-/10-, 12-bit DACs that operate from 2.5 V to 5.5 V and consume only 230 μA at 3 V, with a power-down pin PD that reduces power consumption to 80 nA. Each of these devices integrates an on-chip output buffer that drives the output to both supply rails simultaneously; The AD5333 and AD5342 allow a choice of buffered or unbuffered reference inputs.
