The DAC output ranges from 0 V to VREF for monotonicity, provides ±1 LSB INL accuracy (16 bits) without adjustment, and is rated for a temperature range of −40°C to +125°C. AD5541A are available in 3 mm × 3 mm, 10-pin LFCSP, and 10-pin MSOP packages. The AD5541A-1 is available in a 3 mm × 3 mm, 8-pin LFCSP package.
AD5541A provides a buffer-free output, enabling features such as 1 μs settling time, low power consumption, and low offset error. It offers low noise performance of 11.8 nV/√Hz and low burr, making it suitable for use in a wide range of end systems.
AD5541A features a versatile three-wire interface and is compatible with 50 MHz SPI, QSPI™, MICROWIRE,™ and DSP interface standards.
