AD5672R/AD5676R is a low-power, 8-channel, 12/16-bit buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with a built-in 2.5 V, 2 ppm/°C internal reference (default enable) and gain selector pins, and a full-scale output of 2.5 V (gain = 1) or 5 V (gain = 2). Powered from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply, monotonicity is guaranteed by design. The devices are available in a 20-pin TSSOP package.

The AD5672R/AD5676R also has a built-in power-on reset circuit and an RSTSEL pin to ensure that the DAC output is powered up to zero or intermediate level until a valid write operation is performed. Each device has an independent power-down feature for each channel, and in power-down mode, the device dissipates to 2.5 μA.

The AD5672R/AD5676R feature a versatile serial peripheral interface (SPI) with clock rates up to 50 MHz and include a VLOGIC pin for 1.8 V/3 V/5 V logic level.
