Product Details:

AD5689R nanoDAC+™是一款双通道、16位、轨到轨电压输出DAC。该器件内置2.5 V、2 ppm/˚C内部基准电压源（默认使能）和增益选择引脚，满量程输出为2.5 V（增益=1）或5 V（增益=2）。它采用2.7 V至5.5 V单电源供电，通过设计保证单调性，并具有小于0.1% FSR的增益误差和1.5 mV的失调误差性能。该器件提供3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP和TSSOP封装。

AD5689R also has a built-in power-on reset circuit and an RSTSEL pin that ensures that the DAC output is powered up to zero or intermediate level until a valid write operation is performed. In addition, all devices have independent power-down characteristics for each channel, reducing the device's power consumption to 4 μA at 3 V in power-down mode.
