Product Details:

AD5693R/AD5692R/AD5691R/AD5693均属于nanoDAC+®系列，分别是低功耗、单通道、16/14/12位缓冲电压输出DAC。这些器件均内部集成默认2.5 V基准电压源，提供2 ppm/℃漂移。输出范围可编程设置为0 V至V_REF或0 V至2 × V_REF。采用2.7 V至5.5 V单电源供电，通过设计保证单调性。提供2.00 mm × 2.00 mm、8引脚LFCSP或10引脚MSOP封装。

The internal power-up reset circuit ensures that the DAC register writes zero when powered up, while the internal output buffer is configured in normal mode. The AD5693R/AD5692R/AD5691R/AD5693 has a shutdown mode that reduces device power consumption to 2 μA (maximum) at 5 V and provides a software-selectable output load.

AD5693R/AD5692R/AD5691R/AD5693 uses an I2C interface. Some device options also offer asynchronous RESET pins and VLOGIC pins that are compatible with 1.8V.
