The device is also ideal for successive approximations or integrated analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) with up to 14-bit accuracy, and typically outperforms standard on-chip references.
The AD586J/K/L/M is rated for operating temperatures ranging from 0°C to +70°C, -40°C to +85°C for the AD586A/B, and -55°C to +125°C for the AD586S/T.
