AD590JH Introduction: The AD590 is a monolithic integrated two-terminal temperature current source manufactured by Analog Devices Corporation of America. Its main features are as follows:
1. The current flowing through the device (mA) is equal to the thermodynamic temperature (Kelvin) degree of the environment in which the device is located, that is: in the mA/K formula: —the current flowing through the device (AD590) in mA; T—thermodynamic temperature in K.
2. The temperature measurement range of AD590 is -55°C~+150°C.
3. The power supply voltage range of AD590 is 4V~30V. The power supply voltage can be changed in the range of 4V~6V, and the current change is 1mA, which is equivalent to a temperature change of 1K. The AD590 can withstand 44V forward voltage and 20V reverse voltage, so the reverse device is not damaged.
4. The output resistance is 710MW.
5. High precision. The AD590 has five grades: I, J, K, L, and M, of which the M grade has the highest accuracy, with a nonlinearity error of ±0.3°C in the range of -55°C~+150°C.
