AD6650ABC Digital-to-analog converter

The AD6650 is a distributed central-to-baseband receiver for GSM/EDGE. This narrowband receiver consists of an integrated DVGA, mid-frequency to baseband I/Q demodulator, low-pass filtering, and a dual-channel wideband ADC. The chip can handle mid-frequency inputs from 70 MHz to 260 MHz. The receiver architecture is designed to meet GSM/EDGE blocking requirements by requiring only an external surface acoustic wave (SAW) filter for the main signal and a filter for the diversity signal throughout the receiver signal path.
