AD698AP全新原装由AD原厂生产,采用PLCC封装,批号13+,微芯百年集成电路仓库目前有库存

AD698是一款完整的单芯片线性可变差分变压器(LVDT)信号调理子系统，结合LVDT使用，能够以较高精度和可重复性将传感器机械位置转换为单极性或双极性直流电压。所有电路功能均集成于片内。只要增加几个外部无源元件以设置频率和增益，AD698就能将原始LVDT输出转换为一个比例直流信号。该器件可以采用半桥LVDT、以串联相对配置（4线）连接的LVDT和RVDT工作。
AD698内置一个低失真正弦波振荡器，用来驱动LVDT原边。两个同步解调通道用于检测原边和副边幅度。该器件将副边的输出除以原边的幅度，然后乘以一个比例系数。这样可以消除原边驱动的幅度漂移所导致的比例系数误差，改善温度性能和稳定性。
AD698利用独特的比率架构来消除传统LVDT接口方法的多个弊端。这种新电路的优势包括：无需调整；温度稳定性提高；传感器互换性得以改善。
