The AD6C541 is a bidirectional, single-pole, single-throw, normally open multipurpose relay. It is used to replace electromechanical relays in general purpose switching applications. The relay consists of an integrated driver circuit, reinforced by two robust leak-leaking DMOS transistors - optologically coupled to a light-emitting diode. Output MOS transistors are made with very desirable relay signal attenuation where the ideality is low.
