AD7148ACPZ-1REEL  高集成度的电容数字转换器 (CDC),

AD7148专用于与电容传感器配合使用,来实现按钮、滚动条、滚动轮等功能。这类传感器应用仅需单层板设计,实现了超薄应用。

AD7148是一款高集成度的电容数字converter(CDC),内置环境校准功能。该电容数字转换器具有8个输入,通过开关阵列与16-bit, 250 kHz∑-Δ转换器连接。电容数字转换器能够检测外部传感器的电容变化,并利用这一信息记录传感器的触发。外部传感器可以包括一系列按钮、滚动条、滚动轮或这类传感器组合。通过对寄存器进行编程,用户可以完全控制电容数字转换器的设置。

高分辨率传感器仅需较少的软件即可在主处理器上运行

AD7148是为单电极电容传感器(接地传感器)而设计的。它具有有源屏蔽输出,使传感器中引入的噪声最小化。对于浮地传感器或者二电极传感器,推荐使用AD7143。

AD7148内置校准逻辑电路,以补偿周围环境变化。当没有接触传感器的时候,校准会自动连续进行,这将确保外部传感器不因环境变化产生错误或丢失触发。

AD7148具有I2C兼容串行接口及中断输出。VDRIVE引脚用于设置串行接口电平,独立于VCC

AD7148采用4 mm x 4 mm 16引脚LFCSP_VQ封装,工作电压范围为2.6 V ~ 3.6 V。在低功耗模式下,工作电流为26 μA。
