AD7151BRMZ-REEL 响应快速的超低功耗converter
The AD7151 uses an ultra-low power converter that responds quickly, providing a comprehensive signal processing solution for capacitive proximity sensors. The AD7150 is a dual version of the AD7151.
The AD7151 uses Analog Devices' capacitance-to-digital converter (CDC) technology, which combines features that play an important role in interfacing with real-world sensors, such as high input sensitivity, high input parasitic ground capacitance, and leakage current tolerance.
An integrated adaptive threshold algorithm compensates for any changes in sensor capacitance due to environmental factors such as humidity and temperature or aging insulation.
By default, the AD7151 operates in standalone mode with a fixed power-on setting and displays detection results with a digital output. Alternatively, the AD7151 can be interfaced to a microcontroller through a serial interface, internal registers can be programmed with user-defined settings, and data and status information can be read from the device.
The AD7151 operates from a supply voltage of 2.7 V to 3.6 V and is specified over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
