AD7262BSTZ 1 MSPS, 12 bits, muestreo simultáneo SAR ADC con ganancia programableamplifier(PGA) and 4 comparators
The AD7262/AD7262-5 are 12-bit, dual, high speed, low power successive approximation ADCs operating from a single 5 V supply. The AD7262 can achieve throughput rates of up to 1 MSPS per on-chip ADC. The AD7262-5 can achieve throughput rates up to 500 kSPS. Two complete ADC functions enable simultaneous sampling and conversion of both channels. Each ADC pre-programmable gain amplifier (PGA) accepts a true differential analog input signal and supports 14 gain settings: ×1, ×2, ×3, ×4, ×6, ×8, ×12, ×16, ×24, ×32, ×48, ×64, ×96, and ×128.
The AD7262/AD7262-5 contain four comparators. Comparators A and B are optimized for low power consumption, while Comparators C and D have fast propagation delays. The AD7262/AD7262-5 provide calibration to remove device offset errors and have programmable gain adjustment registers that allow compensation of offset and gain in input paths such as sensors. The AD7262/AD7262-5 contain an on-chip 2.5 V reference that can be disabled if an external reference is required.
The AD7262/AD7262-5 are ideal for monitoring small amplitude signals from a variety of sensors, with all the functionality needed to monitor position feedback signals from various analog encoders in motor control systems.
Product Focus
- The integrated PGA supports a variety of flexible gain settings, allowing detection and conversion of low-level analog signals.
- Each PGA is followed by a dual simultaneous sampling ADC, and the AD7262 achieves throughput rates up to 1 MSPS per ADC. The conversion results of the two ADCs can be obtained simultaneously on separate data lines or, if only one serial port is available, sequentially over one data line.
- Four integrated comparators can be used to count signals from pole sensors in motor control applications.
- 2.5 V internal reference.
