AD7264BCPZ-5-RL7 True Differential, Dual-Core, 1 MSPS, 14-Bit/12-Bit, Dual-Channel Successive Approximation (SAR) Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) with Built-in Programmable Gain Amplifier (PGA) 

The AD7264/AD7262 are dual-core, synchronous, 14-bit/12-bit, high-speed, low-power, successive approximation analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) that operate from a single 5V supply with a sampling rate of up to 1MSPS. The AD7264/AD7262 includes two analog-to-digital converters with a built-in programmable gain amplifier that can receive true differential analog input signals and supports 13 programmable gain settings, including: ×1, ×2, ×3, ×4, ×6, ×8, ×12, ×16, ×24, ×32, ×48, ×64, ×96, and ×128. In addition, the AD7264/AD7262 contains 4 comparators. Comparators A and B are optimized for low power consumption, and comparators C and D have low propagation delays. The AD7264/AD7262 have calibration features that eliminate device offset errors, programmable errors, and gain adjustment registers, allowing input paths (e.g., sensors) to be offset and gain compensation.

The AD7264/AD7262 have a built-in 2.5V reference and can shield an internal reference if you wish to use an external reference. The AD7264/AD7262 are available in either a 48-pin TQFP or LFCSP package.
