The AD7264/AD7262 are dual-core, simultaneous sampling, 14-bit/12-bit, high speed, low power, successive approximation analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) that operate from a single 5V supply and sample rates up to 1MSPS. The AD7264/AD7262 contain two analog-to-digital converters with internal programmable gain amplifiers that accept true differential analog input signals and support 13 programmable gain settings: ×1, ×2, ×3, ×4, ×6, ×8, ×12, ×16, ×24, ×32, ×48, ×64, ×96, and ×128. In addition, the AD7264/AD7262 contain four comparators. Comparators A and B are optimized for low power consumption, and comparators C and D have small propagation delays. The AD7264/AD7262 have a calibration function that eliminates device offset errors, programmable errors, and gain adjustment registers to allow input path (e.g., sensor) offsets and gain compensation.

The AD7264/AD7262 have an internal 2.5V reference that can be masked if an external reference is desired. The AD7264/AD7262 are available in either a 48-lead TQFP or LFCSP package.
