The AD7273BRMZ AD7273 is a 10-bit high speed, low power successive approximationADC。 Operating voltage: 2.35 V to 3.6 V single supply, up to 3 MSPS throughput. A low noise, wide bandwidth sample/hold amplifier is included to handle input frequencies above 30 MHz.

The conversion process and data acquisition process are controlled by active-low CS and serial clocks, allowing the device to interface with a microprocessor or DSP. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of the active-low CS, where the conversion is initiated at the same time. The slew rate depends on the SCLK. There is no pipeline delay.

The AD7273 uses advanced design techniques to achieve very low power consumption at high throughput.

The device uses an external reference voltage ranging from 1.2 V to VDD , providing the widest dynamic input range for the ADC.
