AD7274BRM-U2 3 MSPS 12-Bit-A/Dconverterin TSOT and MSOP packages

The AD7274 is a 12-bit, high speed, low power, successive approximation ADC. Operating voltage: 2.35 V to 3.6 V single supply, up to 3 MSPS throughput. A low noise, wide bandwidth sample/hold amplifier is included to handle input frequencies above 30 MHz.

The conversion process and the data acquisition process pass.CSand the serial clock to create the conditions for the device to interface with a microprocessor or DSP. The input signal is in.CSis sampled on the falling edge, and the transformation starts here at the same time. The slew rate depends on the SCLK. There is no pipeline delay.

The AD7274 uses advanced design techniques to achieve very low power consumption at high throughput.

The device uses an external reference voltage ranging from 1.2 V to VDD 。 This provides the widest dynamic input range for the ADC.
