AD7277BUJZ-500RL7    3 MSPS 10位ADC，采用6引脚TSOT封装  AD7277是一款10位高速、低功耗的逐次逼近型ADC。工作电压为：2.35V至3.6 V单电源，最高呑吐量可达3 MSPS。内部包含一个低噪声、宽带宽采样/保持放大器，可处理30 MHz以上的输入频率。
