AD7278AUJZ-RL7 3 MSPS 8-bit ADC in a 6-Lead TSOT Package The AD7278 is an 8-bit, high speed, low power, successive approximation ADC. Operating voltage: 2.35 V to 3.6 V single supply, up to 3 MSPS throughput. A low noise, wide bandwidth sample/hold amplifier is included to handle input frequencies above 30 MHz.
The conversion process and data acquisition process are controlled by active-low CS and serial clocks to provide the device with microprocessoror DSP interface created the conditions. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of the active-low CS, where the conversion is initiated at the same time. There is no pipeline delay.
The AD7278 uses advanced design techniques to achieve very low power consumption at high throughput.
