AD7322BRUZ software selectable true bipolar input, dual, 12-bit (signed bit) SAR ADC
The AD7322* is a dual, 12-bit signed bit-by-sequence approximation based on an iCMOS (Industrial CMOS) processADC。 iCMOS is a process that combines high-voltage silicon with submicron CMOS and complementary bipolar technologies. With this process, it is possible to develop high-performance analog ICs that operate at high voltages of 33V, and their volumetric performance ratio is not possible with conventional high-voltage devices. Unlike analog ICs that use traditional CMOS processes, iCMOS components can input bipolar signals while improving performance, significantly reducing power consumption, and reducing package size.
The AD7322 can input true bipolar analog signals and is available in four software-selectable input ranges: ±10 V, ±5 V, ±2.5 V, and 0 to +10 V. Each analog input channel is independently programmable and can be set to one of four input ranges. The analog input channels in the AD7322 can be programmed to single-ended, true differential, or pseudo-differential modes.
The ADC includes a 2.5 V reference voltage and can also support an external reference. If a 3V reference is applied to the REFIN/OUT pin, the AD7322 accepts a ± 12 V true bipolar analog input. For the ±12V input range, a minimum ±12V V is requiredDD
