Product details

AD7392/AD7393分别内置一组引脚兼容的10/12位电压输出数模转换器，采用3 V单电源供电。这些单芯片DAC采用CBCMOS工艺制造，适合3V单电源系统应用，具有成本低、易于使用的特点。保证工作电压范围为2.7 V至5.5 V，因而这款器件非常适合电池供电应用。

满量程电压输出由所施加的外部基准输入电压决定。轨到轨REF_IN to DAC_OUT允许满量程电压等于正电源电压V_DD或其间的任何值。电压输出能够提供5 mA源电流。

与最快的处理器接口时，12位数据锁存和45 ns写入时间使处理器无需等待。此外，上电时或用户要求时，异步RSThe input sets the output to zero scale.

两款器件均采用相似的引脚排列，用户可以根据具体应用选择适当的分辨率，而不必改变电路板。
