AD7440BRMZ Differential Input, 1 MSPS, 12-Bit ADC (AD7450A), and 10-Bit ADC (AD7440)
The AD7450A/AD7440 is a 12-bit and 10-bit, high-speed, low-power, successive approximation (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that uses a fully differential analog input and operates from a single 3 V or 5 V supply with a maximum throughput of up to 1 MSPS.
These devices have a built-in low-noise, wide-bandwidth, differential sample-hold (T/H) amplifier that can handle input frequencies above 1 MHz and a -3dB bandwidth of 20MHz typical. The external reference voltage is input via the VREF pin and can vary from 100 mV to 3.5 V, depending on the power supply and application. The voltage reference value determines the common mode voltage range of the device. With this true differential input structure and variable reference input, users can select various input ranges and bias points.
