AD7441BRT-R2 pseudo-differential input, 1 MSPS, 10-bit ADC in an 8-pin SOT-23 package
The AD7441/AD7451 are 10- and 12-bit, high-speed, low-power, single-supply, successive approximation (SAR) analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) that use pseudo-differential analog inputs and operate from a single 2.7 V to 5.25 V supply with a maximum throughput of 1 MSPS and very low power consumption.
The AD7441/AD7451 have a built-in low-noise, wide-bandwidth, differential sample-and-hold (T/H) amplifier that can handle input frequencies up to 3.5 MHz. The external reference is input via the VREF pin and can vary from 100 mV to VDD, depending on the power supply and application.
The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled by /CS and serial clocks, creating the conditions for the device to interface with the microprocessor or DSP. The input signal is sampled at the falling edge of /CS, while the conversion is initiated here at the same time. The devices feature a SAR architecture that ensures no pipeline delays.
