The AD7451ARTZ-R2 pseudo differential input, 1 MSPS, 12-bit ADC is available in an 8-lead SOT-23 package

The AD7441/AD7451 are 10-bit and 12-bit, high speed, low power, single supply, successive approximation (SAR) modules, respectivelyconverter(ADC) with pseudo-differential analog inputs, operating from a single 2.7 V to 5.25 V supply, maximum throughput of 1 MSPS, and very low power consumption.

The AD7441/AD7451 contain a low noise, wide bandwidth, differential sample-and-hold (T/H) amplifier that can handle input frequencies up to 3.5 MHz. The external reference voltage is via VREF Pin input from 100 mV to VDD Range varies, depending on the power supply and application.

The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled by active-low CS and serial clocks, allowing the device to interface with a microprocessor or DSP. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of the active-low CS, where the conversion is initiated at the same time. These devices feature a SAR architecture to ensure no pipeline delay.
