The AD7538 is a 14-bit, monolithic CMOS digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that uses laser-trimmed thin-film resistors for excellent linearity.
The DAC uses standard chip selection and memory write logic to load data in a 14-bit word. useLDACA double-buffered architecture can be selected, allowing systems containing multiple AD7538s to be updated simultaneously.
The AD7538's novel low leakage configuration results in excellent output leakage current over the specified temperature range.
The AD7538 is linear-compatible with CMOS (LC).2MOS) process, compatible with most microprocessor speeds, and accepts TTL or CMOS logic level inputs.
