The digital-to-analog converter offers four-quadrant multiplication with separate reference voltage input and feedback resistors. The single-chip structure ensures excellent thermal dissipation and gain error tracking characteristics. Both DACs guarantee 12-bit monotonicity over the entire temperature range.
The AD7547 is manufactured using a linear-compatible CMOS (LC²MOS) process, enabling fast digital logic and precision linear circuitry on the same chip.
