AD7841ASZ

The AD7841 integrates eight 14-bit buffered voltage output DACs on a single chip. It uses a ±5 V reference voltage and an output voltage full-scale range of ±10 V. There are three independent differential references with buffered inputs: one for DAC A and B, one for DACs G and H, and one for DAC C, D, E, and F. Under the control of WR, CS, and DAC address pins A0–A2, the AD7841 loads 14-bit parallel data from the external bus into one of the input latches. When the DAC registers receive new data, the DAC output is updated. Each DAC output is buffered with a gain 2 amplifier, and an external DAC offset voltage can be inserted into the amplifier via the DUTGND pin. The AD7841 is available in a 44-lead PQFP package.
