AD7902 Dual-channel 16-bit, successive approximation analog-to-digital converter

The AD7902 is a dual-channel, 16-bit, successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) powered by a single supply (VDDx). It has two low-power, high-speed, 16-bit sampling ADCs and a versatile serial port interface (SPI). At the rising edge of the CNVx, the AD7902 samples the analog input voltage between IN+ and the reference ground IN−, ranging from 0 V to VREF. The reference voltage (VREF) of the REFxAnalog66 pin is provided externally and can be set independently of the supply voltage pin (VDDx). The power consumption of the device varies linearly with the throughput rate. The SPI-compatible serial interface also daisy-chains several ADCs to a single three-wire bus using SDIx inputs and provides an optional busy indication. It is compatible with 1.8V, 2.5V, 3V, and 5V logic when using the standalone power supply VIOx.
