AD7902Dual 16-bit, successive approximation analog-to-digital converters
The AD7902 is a dual 16-bit, successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) powered from a single supply (VDDx). It contains two low-power, high-speed, 16-bit sampling ADCs and a versatile serial port interface (SPI). On the rising edge of CNVx, the AD7902 samples the analog input voltage between IN+ and the ground reference IN− from 0 V to VREF。 The reference voltage (V) of the REFxAnalog66 pinREFExternally available and set independently of the supply voltage pin (VDDx). The power dissipation of the device varies linearly with the throughput rate.
The SPI-compatible serial interface also daisy-chained several ADCs to a single 3-wire bus using the SDIx input and provides an optional busy indicator. With the independent supply VIOx, it is compatible with 1.8V, 2.5V, 3V, and 5V logic.
The AD7902 is available in a 20-lead QSOP package and operates over the −40°C to +125°C temperature range.
