    AD7915The /AD7916 is a 16-bit, successive approximationAnalog-to-digital converters(ADC) from a single-supply VDD. The device includes a low-power, high-speed, 16-bit sampling ADC and a versatile serial interface port. On the rising edge of the CNV, the AD7915/AD7916 sample the voltage difference between the IN+ and IN- pins, which typically swing from 0 V to VREF, phase opposite. The reference voltage (REF) is provided externally and can be set independently of the supply voltage (VDD). Power consumption and throughput rate vary linearly.

    The AD7915/AD7916 are compatible with serial peripheral interfaces (SPIs) and can daisy-chain several ADCs onto a single three-wire bus using the SDI input. With a separate supply VIO, it is compatible with 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3 V, and 5 V logic.

    The AD7915/AD7916 are available in either a 10-lead MSOP or a 10-lead LFCSP package and operate over the –40°C to +125°C temperature range.
