AD8152It belongs to the Xstream series and is groundbreakingDigital switchtechnology that provides a large switching array (34 x 34) with very low power consumption, typically 2.0 W. In addition, it operates at data rates up to 3.2 Gbps per port, making it suitable for Sonet/SDH OC-48 applications using forward error correction (FEC).
The AD8152 provides an active supply voltage range, allowing the user to operate at LVPECL/CML data levels down to 2.5 V. The control interface is LVTTL or CMOS/TTL compatible (2.5 V to 3.3 V).
The fully differential signal path of the AD8152 not only reduces jitter and crosstalk, but also allows the use of small single-ended voltage swings. The device is available in a 256-pin SBGA package and operates over the industrial temperature range of 0°C to 85°C.
