Product Details:

The AD8170 (2:1) and AD8174 (4:1) are ultra-high-speed buffered multiplexers with built-in current-feedback output amplifiers whose gain can be programmed through external resistors and capable of delivering 50 mA output current. -3 dB signal bandwidth of 250 MHz and slew rate greater than 1000 V/μs. In addition, the AD8170 and AD8174 have excellent video characteristics, with differential gain and differential phase errors as low as 0.02% and 0.05°, respectively, and 0.1 dB flatness up to 85 MHz. Crosstalk as low as 70 dB and better isolation than 82 dB, making it suitable for many high-speed applications. Both devices are low-power devices; When powered from a ±5 V supply, the power consumption is only 9.7 mA.

The AD8174 has a high-speed disable feature that allows the output to be placed in a high-impedance state and can cascade signal stages so that the shutdown channel does not provide load to the output bus. In addition, it can be shut down (SD) when not in use, resulting in minimal power consumption (IS = 1.5 mA). They are available in 8-pin, 14-pin PDIP, and SOIC packages.
