Product Details:

The AD8189 (G = 2) is a high-speed, single-supply, three-channel, 2:1 multiplexer with a bandwidth of 350 MHz for a small signal of -3 dB and a bandwidth of 300 MHz for a large signal of -3 dB, with a slew rate of over 1000 V/μs. All adverse crosstalk performance is -84 dB and isolation performance is -95 dB, making it suitable for many high-speed applications. With differential gain and differential phase errors of 0.05% and 0.05°, respectively, and 0.1 dB flatness of 70 MHz, it is ideal for professional and component video multiplexing. With a switching time of 4 ns, it is ideal for video signal switching applications and consumes less than 20 mA (100 mW) from a single 5 V supply. The device has a high-speed disable feature that allows the output to be set in a high-impedance state. This allows for larger input arrays while minimizing the output load on the shutdown channel. The device is available in a 24-pin TSSOP package.
