The AD8347 is a monolithic, wideband 2.7 GHzQuadrature demodulator。 The device integrates a 65 dB linear-by-dB AGC and AND between RF inputsmixerThe baseband output is then divided. The noninverting and quadrature signals are lured out of the chip for filtering before being fed to the final output amplifier stage. The user can adjust the dc common-mode level using the final output amplifier to provide a direct interface to a dual I/Q ADC.
65 dB linear-in-dB gain control, 50 MHz demodulation bandwidth, and excellent phase and amplitude balance make the AD8347 ideal for direct conversion radios in point-to-point and point-to-multipoint wideband wireless applications.
Manufactured on an advanced bipolar process, the AD8347 operates from a single 3 V or 5 V supply and is available in a space-saving 28-lead ultrathin compact form factor (TSSOP) package specified over the –40ºC to +85ºC temperature range.
