Product Details:

The AD9144 is a quad-channel, 16-bit, high dynamic range digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that offers a maximum sampling rate of 2.8 GSPS and can generate multiple carriers up to Nyquist frequencies. The DAC output is optimized to interface seamlessly with Analog Devices' ADRF672x analog quadrature modulator (AQM). Optional three- or four-wire serial port interface (SPI) allows for programming and readback of many internal parameters. The full-scale output current can be programmed in the typical range of 13.9 mA to 27.0 mA. The AD9144 is available in an 88-pin LFCSP package.
