Der AD9146 ist ein Dual-Digital-Analog-Wandler (DAC) mit 16 Bit und hohem Dynamikbereich, der eine Abtastrate von 1230 MSPS bietet und mehrere Träger bis zur Nyquist-Frequenz erzeugen kann.

Der TxDAC+ ® AD9146 ist für Direktwandler-Übertragungsanwendungen optimiert, einschließlich komplexer digitaler Modulation sowie Verstärkungs- und Offset-Kompensation. Der DAC-Ausgang ist für eine nahtlose Verbindung mit analogen Quadraturmodulatoren optimiert, wie z. B. den Modulatoren der ADL537x F-MOD-Familie von Analog Devices. Die serielle 3-Draht-Schnittstelle ermöglicht die Programmierung und das Auslesen vieler interner Parameter. Der volle Ausgangsstrom kann von 8,7 mA bis 31,7 mA programmiert werden. Das Gerät ist in einem 48-poligen LFCSP-Gehäuse erhältlich.
