AD9146BCPZ

The AD9146 is a dual-channel, 16-bit, high dynamic range digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that provides a 1230 MSPS sample rate and can generate multiple carriers at the highest Danekquist frequency.

The AD9146 TxDAC+ ® features optimized for direct conversion transmission applications, including complex digital modulation and gain and offset compensation. The DAC output is optimized to interface seamlessly with analog quadrature modulators, such as Analog Devices' ADL537x F-MOD series modulators. The 3-wire serial port interface allows for programming and readback of many internal parameters. The full-scale output current can be programmed from 8.7 mA to 31.7 mA. The device is available in a 48-pin LFCSP package.
