Product Details:

The AD9154 is a quad-channel, 16-bit, high dynamic range digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that offers a maximum sampling rate of 2.4 GSPS and can generate multiple carriers up to Nyquist frequencies in baseband mode. The AD9154 features optimized for direct conversion transmission applications, including complex digital modulation, input signal power sensing, and gain, phase, and offset compensation. The DAC output is optimized to interface seamlessly with Analog Devices' ADRF672x RF quadrature modulator. In mixed frequency mode, the DAC can reconstruct the carrier in the second- and third-order Nyquist regions. The Serial Port Interface (SPI) allows for programming and reading back of internal parameters. The full-scale output current can be programmed from -4 mA to -20 mA. The AD9154 is available in an 88-pin LFCSP package.
