AD9284-250EBZ 8-Bit, 250 MSPS, 1.8 V Dual Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC)
The AD9284 is a dual 8-bit monolithic samplingAnalog-to-digital converters(ADC) that supports synchronous operation and is optimized for low cost, low power, and ease of use. Each ADC has a conversion rate of up to 250 MSPS and excellent dynamic performance.
The ADC requires a single 1.8 V supply operation and encoded clock signals to fully exploit its performance. Many applications do not require an external reference source. The digital output is LVDS compatible.
The AD9284 is available in a 48-lead lead-free LFCSP package and is specified over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.
