AD9286BCPZ-500 8-Bit, 500 MSPS, 1.8 V Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC)
The AD9286 is an 8-bit single-chip sample analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that supports staggered operation and is optimized for low cost, low power consumption, and ease of use. Each ADC offers a slew rate of up to 250 MSPS for excellent dynamic performance.
The AD9286 uses a single sample clock to achieve time-staggered (each core operates at half the clock frequency) of the two ADC cores through an on-chip clock divider, resulting in a rated 500 MSPS. With SPI, users can precisely adjust the timing of each ADC's sample edge to minimize the stray energy of the image.
The ADC requires a single 1.8 V supply and encoded clock signal to maximize its operational performance. Many applications do not require external reference source devices. The digital output is LVDS compatible.
The AD9286 is available in a 48-pin lead-free LFCSP package and is rated for an industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.
