  • Product Details:

    AD9518-0*提供多路输出时钟分配功能,具有亚皮秒级抖动性能,并且片内集成锁相环(PLL)和电压控制振荡器(VCO)。 片内VCO的调谐频率范围为2.55 GHz至2.95 GHz。 也可以使用最高2.4 GHz的外部VCO/VCXO。

    The AD9518-0 has excellent low jitter and phase noise characteristics that greatly improve data converter performance and are also beneficial for other applications where phase noise and jitter are critical.

    The AD9518-0 has six LVPECL outputs (divided into three groups). The LVPECL output can operate at frequencies up to 1.6 GHz.

    Each pair of outputs has a crossover that can be set for both the crossover ratio and coarse delay (or phase). LVPECL outputs are available in a crossover range of 1 to 32.

    The AD9518-0 is available in a 48-pin LFCSP package and can be operated from a single 3.3 V supply. When using an external VCO, a wider voltage range is required, which can be achieved by connecting a charge pump supply (VCP) to a 5.5 V voltage. The stand-alone LVPECL power supply can be from 2.375 V to 3.6 V. The AD9518-0 is rated for an operating temperature range of −40°C to +85°C industrial temperatures.
