AD9625 12-Bit Single-Chip Sampling Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC)
The AD9625 is a 12-bit single-chip sample-to-digital converter (ADC) that operates at slew rates up to 2.5 gigabits per second (GSPS). This product is used to sample wideband analog signals up to the second Nyquist region. The AD9625's combination of wide input bandwidth, high sampling rate, and excellent linearity makes it ideal for spectrum analyzers, data acquisition systems, and a variety of military electronics applications such as radar and jamming/anti-jamming measurements.
The analog input, clock, and SYSREF signal are all differential inputs. The high-speed JESD204B-based serial outputs can be configured in 1, 2, 4, 6, or 8-channel configurations. Rated for industrial temperatures from -40 °C to +85 °C.
