Product details

AD9625It is a 12-bit single-chip sampleAnalog-to-digital converters (ADC), which can operate at conversion rates up to 2.5 gigagagabes per second (GSPS). This product is used to sample wideband analog signals up to the second Nyquist region. The combination of wide input bandwidth, high sampling rate, and excellent linearity makes the AD9625 ideal for spectrum analyzers, data acquisition systems, and a variety of military applications such as radar and jamming/immunity measurements.

The analog input, clock, and SYSREF signals are all differential. The JESD204B-based high-speed serial outputs can be configured in 1-, 2-, 4-, 6-, or 8-channel configurations. It is specified over the industrial temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C.
